When you open your download email it will look something like this.
Click on where it says "View Purchase Online". That will take you to your personal download page.

The downloads you have just ofdered will be shown here.

Look in the top left corner of the page, just under the FatCat logo.
See where it says "My Orders"?
Click on it! That will take you to all of your current downloads.
You can Bookmark that page and go back to it in the future if the emails do not come through.


Why am I being asked to enter a PIN code?DPD (Digital Product Delivery) by default allows 10 devices to be activated on a download account before the vendor (Yours truly) has to step in. A Device would be your computer, phone or tablet. Normally 10 is a very generous number. Some browsers block cookies or mask your IP address. Causing each login (download) to be seen by the system as a new device.
What to do?
If this happens to you keep the browser window open. Check your email for the PIN number. Type the PIN number into the box on the web page. POOF! You are in and downloading again :)

Protecting your personal information
We do not collect any credit card information on our site. Payments are made through the PayPal system and any credit card information is collected by PayPal, not us. PayPal uses proprietary technology to ensure your transactions are safe.

I don't have a PayPal account; can I still purchase your e-Patterns ?
Yes. Although we use PayPal to collect payment, you do not need to open a PayPal account in order to make your payment. Simply follow the instructions on the PayPal website for the different payment options.

Can I change, cancel or delete an e-Pattern order?
Orders placed on our online store cannot be changed or canceled. Since orders are delivered immediately, an digital order cannot be canceled.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for any downloaded material. However, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact Sindy. 


Notification of any issues must occur within 2 calendar days of the original sale.
