What is the Customer Portal?

The Customer Portal is where all of your purchased pattern files are stored. If you have a mishap you can always return there and download the pattern file again.

How are patterns delivered

I use a secure service called DPD. They will send you an email with a download link.

Maximum Devices Reached

Again this is caused by a browser setting. Just reach out to Sindy and she can increase your limit.

I can't log into the customer portal.

Depending upon your browser preferences the Customer Portal may not remember you and request to send you a verification code. It is very important that you request the code just once and wait for it. Spamming the submit button throws the system into a "void that code" frenzy. Once the email arrives you can use the LOGIN NOW link at the bottom of the message.
